5 Steps to Order!

1 Confirm Door Size

We pre-manufacture 4 different door sizes. Most homes have exterior doors that will fall within these 4 sizes in most scenarios. Currently we do not offer any custom sizes. Below will be a list of the Rough door sizes, along with the Actual O.d jamb dimensions of the doors we currently manufacture.

3 Choose a Color

All of our doors are put through a pre-wash process and then Powder Coated in your choice of 7 different colors. Really this is all about the color and less about the protection the coating provides. Since our doors are completely made from high strength, corrosion resistant Aluminum, there will never be the issue most endure with their iron products rusting over time, even though they were powder coated. You will be able to enjoy your investment for a life time!

Each door comes equipped with insulated, dual pane, tempered glass. We have 9 different styles to choose from. The glass is secured in a separate frame that is hinged onto the door. The glass frame sits down flush inside the door creating a sleek clean look. the glass frame is operable with an insect screen attached inside the door frame. You will be able to open your glass panel and enjoy the convenience of ventilation without the intrusion of any critters. The panel latches back into the door with 2 high quality, low profile latch bolts and seals against durable commercial grade gaskets.

2 Choose a Design

We currently have 10 different designs to choose from. All of which are available in the 4 different door sizes. The designs are made from high strength, corrosion resistant Aluminum. All designs are 3/8" thick and range from 3/4" wide up to 1-1/2" wide, providing both strength and durability with an elegant appeal.

5 Choose a Hinge Finish

The last step, a simple one. Choosing the desired finish for your hinges. We have two options, a Satin Nickel and a Dark Bronze. These will be supplied with the new door. They will already be pre- drilled, tapped, and positioned to land right back in the hinge mortises that already exist in your door jamb.
